31. Holandia

I liked my first 3D card but this one is just not my cup of tea at all even though I do like dogs. Maybe it's just very kitsch?

I'm pretty sure my Dandy would look much nicer on the postcard ;)

30. Rosja

This is definitely my favourite postcard!
'The Cat Museum' is located in the Leningrad oblast but it also has its branch in St. Petersburg which is called 'The Cat's Republic'. In 'The Republic' you can see painting and sculpture exhibitions dedicated to cats, have a tea or cofee and visit cats living there and meow about things with them.

My beautiful cat Oddiette is already saving up to visit her Russian friends in The Republic ;)

Mount Bijia in Jinzhou is one of the main tourist attractions in the city. It's an island on the Bohai sea on the south coastline of Jinzhou. During most of the day it can only be accessed on boat but while the tied is out, it reveals a beautiful cobblestone bridge and the mountain can be walked to. Locals called this wonder 'Tian Qiao' which means 'Sky Bridge'. On the top of the mountain there is a stone pavilon which looks like a big pen and a penholder hence the name Bijiashan - 'The Penholder Mountain'.

25. Ameryka

Następnie San Francisco i California należały do Meksyku a potem włączone do USA.

San Francisco, a city in the state of California is the 4th largest city in the state and the 13th in the whole country. The history of the city, inhabited by nearly 810 thousands people, dates back to 1776 when the Spanish colonizers settled in the peninsula. After that,  San Francisco and California belonged to Mexico and then the U.S. The City experienced a significant acceleration of growth in 1886 during the California Gold Rush, becoming the largest city on the American west coast. In 1906, San Francisco has been largely destroyed by the earthquake and as a result, fires. Now, San Francisco is a major tourist centre, famour for its attractions such as Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Coit Tower, trams or Chinatown. Steep hills and street and a mixture of architectural style from Victorian to post-modernism are very characterstic of this city.

Renifer jest ssakiem z rodziny jeleniowatych. Niektórzy badacze wyróżniają do 24 gatunków reniferów, inni uznają jedynie 3 gatunki ( renifer tundrowy, renifer leśny eurazjatycki i renifer leśny amerykański).
Uwielbiam ten znaczek, przypomina mojego psa - Teodora.

Reindeer is a mammal of the deer family. While some scholars distuinguish 24 species of them, others recognize only three species ( tundra reindeer, Eurasian forest reindeer and American forest reindeer).  Reindeer found in northern Europe was domisticated ages ago by people of the North as a valuable source of meet, milk (2-3 litres per day), skin as well as the pulling force. Their skin was used for sewing clother and tents, while bones were used for construction of kayaks and tents. Herds of animals live in the wilderness but twice a year are herded into pens : once for marking of the young and then again in order of selection for slaughter. So, as we munch on our roast, someone there munches on their reindeer.
I love the stamp, reminds me of my dog - Theodore.

Leeds to zróżnicowane etnicznie miasto w północnej Anglii, w hrabstwie West Yorkshire z populacją sięgającą prawie 800 tysięcy mieszkańców.

Flip i Flap, a właściwie Stan Laurel i Oliver Hardy to para bohaterów amerykańskich komedii z lat 1919-1951.

Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy were a couple which stared in many slapstick comedies between 1919 and 1951. Laurel and Hardy appeared in about 100 films, initially in two-reelers and then full length ones. The first ones were silent until 1929. Stan was short and skinny and Ollie tall and fat. Most of their comedies were based on gags where clumsy Stan got himself and smart Ollie in trouble. On the postcard you can see them while their visit to London in 1932.

A historic and monumental Bolshoi Theatre is located on Theatre Square, in the heart of Moscow. Founded in 1776 but was inaugurated on 18 January 1825 with a performance of a ballet, Cendrillon.
Directly across the road from the Bolshoi Theatre stands a statue of Karl Marx. His head is carved on the top part and the bottom stone has an inscription which translates as : Workers of the world - unite!  Nowadays, his head is a favourite meeting spot for ... pigeons.

19. Indonezja

Tanah Lot Temple to chyba najpopularniejszy obiekt turystyczny w Indonezji.

Tanah Lot Temple is possibly the most popular tourism object in Indonesia. This rock formation is situated on Bali Island. Tanah Lot in Balinese language means 'Land (on the) Sea'. It is a part of Balinese mythology and its history reaches the XVI century when priest Nirartha spent a night on the island and announced to the local fishermen that the rock is a perfect place to build a shrine to worship sea gods. The legend says that at the base of the island, sea monsters are lurking around to catch the bad spirits.

18. Anglia

I could paste and copy informations about Felixstowe from the Internet. I could, but I won't because this postcard doesn't invite me to doing it, there's no pictures of tourist attractions. Felixstowe is a port town on the east coast of England and has around 24 thousands inhabitants. This port, apparently, is the busiest port in Europe. Thumbs up for the stamp.
