Ta przepiękna kartka przyleciała do mnie ze stolicy Tajwanu, Tajpej. Miasto położone jest na północnej części wyspy nad rzeką Danshui He. Zamieszkuje je 2 618 772 mieszkańców. W mieście działa giełda, banki, stacje telewizyjne i radiowe. Rozwinięty jest też przemysł elektroniczny, maszynowy, samochodowy, odzieżowy i włókienniczy; jest światowym producentem nośników muzyki i filmów. Ponadto jest to ośrodek kultury i szkolnictwa wyższego. W Tajpej znajduje się najwyższy budynek świata (500 m) - wieżowiec Taipei 101.

Also it has very developed electronics industry, engineering, automotive, clothing and textiles industries; is a global manufacturer of music and movies storage devices. It also is a centre of culture and higher education.Taipei 101, the worlds tallest buldining (500 m) is located there.
